Delivery of items will normally be made within 2-7 working days from clearance of payment. If you need an item urgently contact me and I will try my best to oblige.
A choice of delivery type is offered at checkout & your item(s) will be sent either Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or Special delivery. The Post Office aims to deliver Tracked 24 the following day & Tracked 48 in 2-3 days but there is no guarantee especially if a weekend is included so choose Tracked 24 or next day if you have a deadline. Special Delivery is guaranteed next day by 1pm, however this does not apply to weekends. These prices are for UK DESTINATIONS ONLY (excluding Channel Islands) so if you are interested in purchasing an item to be sent outside the UK please get in touch & I will give you a quote for postage.
If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, sign for as "Damaged" and inform me immediately. If this is not done I cannot claim compensation and will be unable to replace the item.
If goods are returned to me because of an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to attempt to deliver 3 times there will be a re-delivery charge equal to the amount initially paid plus a £5 handling charge.
Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods. If the item is unavailable I will notify you of this position and provide a full refund or suggest an alternative item. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and I will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
