Please order your items by using the 'Add to Basket' button on the appropriate page. When you have completed your order go to your shopping basket via the ‘Show basket’ button on the product or in the menu. This will take you through to the checkout page where you complete the billing details, make a choice of delivery method and press the 'Check Out Now' button or Paypal Checkout buttons to be automatically redirected through to Paypal for the final secure payment by PayPal account or a Credit Card.
Delivery methods are detailed on the Delivery page - these are for UK DESTINATIONS ONLY (excluding Channel Islands) so if you are interested in purchasing an item to be sent outside the UK please get in touch & I will give you a quote for postage.

Payment needs to clear before the goods are dispatched. If you wish to pay by cheque please email me with the details of your order, this will delay delivery whilst the cheque clears.
If for some reason the item is out of stock I will inform you of the expected delay and you can decide whether this is acceptable or not, if it is unacceptable your payment will be refunded.
If you require a refund because you have made an incorrect order, changed your mind or there are other problems I reserve the right to charge a handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Jewels & Desires reserves the right to cancel any order without cause or reason and refund the payment.
